Our cookie dough is safely shipped without cold packs because it does not require refrigeration. During the shipping process, the product may be subjected to higher temperatures depending on weather and transit conditions. This exposure does not impact the shelf life of the product although it will change the consistency, making it soft. If this occurs, the product can be kept at room temperature or refrigerated to firm up the cookie dough. A small amount of oil separation is normal. If separation occurs, the dough should be stirred briefly before refrigerating.
We offer nationwide shipping across the U.S. for a flat rate of $8.95, with free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
We offer local delivery with a validated zip code for a flat fee of $5.00, with free delivery on orders of $30.00 or more.
